Journal of Language Education and Literacy (JLEL) is managed and published by the Language Education and Literacy Research Group (LELRG) under the auspices of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia.
Institutional Support
JLEL is institutionally supported by the Language Education and Literacy Research Group (LELRG) and Universitas Negeri Padang in the administration, operation, and development of the journal.
Institutional support does not influence editorial decisions or the outcomes of the peer-review process.
Sponsorship
JLEL does not currently receive sponsorship from commercial organizations or other external sponsors.
Should the journal receive sponsorship or other external support in the future, such support must not influence editorial decisions, peer review, manuscript selection, or the scholarly content published by JLEL.
Editorial Independence
The publisher and supporting institution respect the editorial independence of JLEL.
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized handling editor, as appropriate, in accordance with the journal's editorial policies, peer-review procedures, scholarly standards, and publication ethics.
Decisions regarding submitted manuscripts are based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, ethical compliance, and the evidence available through editorial and peer-review assessment.
Institutional, commercial, financial, personal, or other inappropriate interests must not influence manuscript selection, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or other editorial decisions.
The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board are responsible for maintaining the journal's scholarly standards, editorial policies, and academic integrity. The publisher and supporting institution must not interfere with individual editorial decisions for institutional, commercial, financial, political, or other inappropriate reasons.
